Born in Mazatlán, I have carried the spirit of hospitality in my blood, nurtured by the influence of my father’s illustrious career in the hotel industry.

At the tender age of five, fate brought my family to the enchanting beauty of Cabo San Lucas, where we decided to settle down. As the years passed, the allure of this vibrant coastal town grew on me, and it became the place I call home.

In 2007, an exciting opportunity presented itself when my brother invited me to co-found a property management company. Without hesitation, I embraced this new venture, and since then, I have been blessed to work with clients who have become my extended family. My commitment to them goes beyond business transactions; it is a bond based on trust and genuine care.

Throughout my life, the sea has been my constant companion, inspiring my passion for surfing, fishing, and spending quality time with my loved ones at the beach. I cherish every moment with my two wonderful children, who fill my heart with immense love and joy.

Netto is our Senior Executive Administrator and a multi generational native of Cabo San Lucas, BCS.He possesses a natural ability to adapt to various cultures, languages and environments. This adaptability has played a significant role in shaping his professional journey.

Netto’s tenure in Los Cabos coincided with the significant growth of sales-oriented businesses in the region. His firsthand experience, combined with his exposure to the burgeoning real estate industry in the area, has given him a well-rounded perspective. During his younger years, he developed a deep passion for extreme water sports, which provided him with a unique opportunity to work within the water sports industry, but ultimately settled on an administrative career. While Netto initially pursued higher education in External Commerce and law, he eventually transitioned into administrative roles throughout his career. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and personal growth, he has actively sought opportunities to expand his knowledge in various areas. This commitment to self-improvement has enabled him to take on responsibilities within different departments at Laidback Luxury.

As an executive administrator, Netto plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Laidback Luxury operates at the highest level of service that their clients deserve. He meticulously oversees the smooth functioning of the company’s different departments and transactions, leaving no room for compromise when it comes to delivering exceptional service to clients.
